All jewelry is made to order, please allow up to three to four weeks for your order to be shipped. For urgent requests feel free to contact us at Sales@MelissaLovy.com, we can advise if your order can be expedited. All regular items (none sale and no coupon code used) are can be returned for a refund or exchanged for a credit (on our website only) within 7 days of delivery, pending piece is unworn and in 'good as new' condition. All return and exchange shipping costs are not included through Melissa Lovy LLC. All items on sale are final and are not subject to exchange or credit. Sale items include those items purchased with a coupon code. All Black Friday (weekend) promotions are final sale, no exceptions. Shipping fees cannot be refunded.
Please email CustomerService@MelissaLovy.com if you purchased a gift that will not be delivered in time. We will be happy to send a gift email letting the recipient know they have Melissa Lovy jewels headed to their jewelry box!
An agreement for Melissa Lovy, LLC (“Seller”) to sell goods to you (“Purchaser”) is made when we accept your order. Placement of an order is a binding agreement. Once placed, all orders are considered final and may not be changed or cancelled. Seller reserves the right to cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered, or ineligible use of offer or payment and to modify or cancel this promotion due to system error or unforeseen problems.

Melissa Lovy LLC. reserves the right to determine the condition the item is in. All items available for pre-order or on sale are considered final and are not subject to exchange of credit, no exceptions.

- Price adjustments for merchandise can only be made within 7 days of your purchase.
- We will refund the price difference to your original form of payment.
- Submit your request for a price adjustment by emailing email@example.com.
- We do not offer price adjustment on any Limited Edition items.
- We do not offer price adjustment during our Black Friday sale.
